Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, the price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When you downgrade, the new price takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your monitors and data are never deleted when changing plans.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Stripe. We also support payment via PayPal. For annual Lord and King plans, we can issue invoices for bank transfer payment upon request.
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid plan, we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked. After 14 days, you can cancel at any time and your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period. See our full refund policy at uptimeking.com/refunds.
The Freeman plan is free forever with no credit card required. You get 5 monitors with 60-second check intervals, email alerts, SSL monitoring, and a status page. When you're ready for more monitors or faster checks, you can upgrade to a paid plan at any time from your dashboard.
If you need more monitors than your plan includes, you can add them at any time. Extra monitors cost $0.50/month each on Knight, $0.40/month each on Lord, and $0.30/month each on King. Overages are billed at the end of each billing cycle, prorated to the day. You'll always see your current usage and projected cost in your dashboard.
No contracts, no commitments. Monthly plans are billed month-to-month and you can cancel at any time. Annual plans are billed once per year at the discounted rate. If you cancel an annual plan mid-year, you keep access through the end of your paid period.
